CDR's STC25 Computerised Sewer Records System is based on the DoE Standing Technical Committee Report no. 25 which defines a standard method of storing sewerage data. The STC25 system stores manhole card data in digital format, allowing the data to be manipulated, exported and reported quickly and easily. An integrated data validation routine checks network consistency and ensures data accuracy is maintained.

STC25 core program
|
Data entry, validation, reports, network generation and graphics, batch edit. Only requires AutoCAD standard version. AMP and SQL available for AutoCAD ADE3 users. Generates pipe data and take off contributing areas for WASSP and WALLRUS SSD data files. Produces long sections and flooding plans. |
Digitiser module |
Allows sewer record maps to be entered into STC25 by digitisation. Automatic calculation of grid reference and node number by either generating new nodes or batch edit existing data. |
Confidence module |
Allows node locations to be pin-pointed to the nearest 100 mm using bi- and tri-lateration techniques with map snapping. Confidence values may be associated with node and pipe status, function and depth. |
The STC25 Data Standard |
